2003 Arkansas Cud Error Quarter? Has any other person found this coin?

I thought Id spend my Sunday searching through some coins.....well normally Im a Lincoln cent kinda guy but I thought Id check my Quarters and here is something new....at least to me anyone else find one?

From what I learned a cud is supposed to be next to the rim. So those would be die cracks?

@kliao you are right...I was a bad call on my part. I should have titled it as such. but is the same with my lamination post when I clearly know coins are plated not laminated. lol

Looks like a few small die chips
They do appear more like die chips, and flattened somewhat in circulation. Cheers, RickO
