I am not sure but this penny just looks different . Any idea what is going on here?

    Sorry, but it just looks like a normal, circulated cent. Maybe a little buffing or cleaning. Possibly a little worthless mechanical doubling on the date. I don't see anything unusual

    Excellent pictures, but the coin is a normal cent with expected wear on a 47 year old coin.... Cheers, RickO
