Found another "Wire Strike Through"? Or is it just a plain ole scratch? How can one tell the difference? Any clues, guy's? Pictured is a 2016 Cent. Thanks

A scratch will show displaced metal, such as a raised line along the scratch.
A struck thru will show, among other things, no disruption to the surrounding areas.
Not sure which you have from the photos.

It looks like a strike-through in that I don't see the raised metal usually associated with a scratch, but some of that could be smoothed out if the coin has wear. It's new enough that wear isn't particularly likely, but you never know.
From the photos... I'd say a strike through, but of course look for the raised metal that would indicate a scratch.
Strike though. Scratches usually have jumps from high to low relief.

Looks like a strike through.
It does appear to be a strike through...no apparent raise edge and follows through from field to image...Cheers, RickO
