1954 Sports Illustrated cards

The first issue of SI came out in 1954 and they have a bunch of cards from the 54 set in the pages. Would PSA grade those cards if you hand cut then out? If so how much would they go for if they grade mint 9 hand cut? Also can PSA tell the real SI from the reprint because the reprint cards are out there also and some dishonest sellers try to pass them off as the original. Imagine that sellers lying about a card to make a buck who would of believed that? #sarcasm

Not graded - if you like them, buy a copy of the issue. Like I did.

I thought PSA would grade just about anything so why would they not grade these cards if they were hand cut to proper size and sent in?
Feel free to try again; you are correct that things change all the time.
