PCGS 3 that is not a Doily insert

I was finally looking through some PCGS green label Proof coins I bought several years ago. This appears to be a PCGS 3 that is not a doily, but a green insert. It is a slab within the frame and the PCGS logo on the back is molded in the plastic (raised) and the frame has the PCGS logo molded onto it. This slab is shorter and thicker than PCGS 4 and does not have the stacking tabs on the corners. You can definitely see what appears to be PCGS 1 inside the frame. I originally thought it was a PCGS 2, but it has PCGS above the date.
What do you think?

I have no idea about the slab generation... but that is a very nice Washington quarter....and a great year Cheers, RickO
It is a Conder 3.5 or PCGS Museum of Slab Holders 2.2 non-perforated label. Conder differentiates the Conder2.0 (no PCGS) and the Conder 2.5 (perforated label with PCGS) and Conder 3.5 (non-perforated label wth PCGS). The Museum refers to the three distinct slab generations as gen. 2.1 and gen. 3.0.

According to link, you have a 2.2

As a point of information, doily holders were slab generation 2.0.
Good info above . . correct. Click the link at the bottom of the PCGS main page. A few Forum members helped Mike with the finalization of that . . .

I'm still learning these things.
I appreciate the link! I only had Condor101's book from 2003 to go by.
I still like the Condor101 generations - PCGS classifies their holders by the plastic which lumps together several "generations" of plastic/labels.
Nothing wrong with either one - I just find it easier to consider that slab a 3.5 rather than a subcategory of PCGS 2, especially if I'm trying to decide from my files if I need it or not.
Interesting, thank you all for sharing your insights !!!
