Bands could be a lot closer though. So-so mottled obverse toning. More like a 64+ to me with those ticks/scrapes all around the reverse diagonal and horiz bands. I could see the "net" 66 (no bands) grade to "up price" the net effect of the better struck bands. 75-85% band imo.
