Please take my grades with a grain of salt here as circulated WQs are not something I ever studied or collected. However, mint state WQs are one of my long-time loves. Given that, I would expect AU53 for the 1934 and AU55 for the 1935-S.

Very nice examples! They both look AU to me, but I couldn't pin it down any further.
I bought a 32s a while back, raw, the mintmark on my 32s looks very similar to this 35s, kinda smooshed down, I am going to submit it one of these days, I'll go 55 on the 34 and 53 on the 35s
