Should "FULL HEAD" designations be given to Standing Liberty Quarters that are not fully struck?

    I think the reason this very localized designation took hold so many years ago is that many of the issue, especially from the 20s, have no head detail whatsoever and some actually have a "dished" appearance.

    Mark is correct. I can see it now.

    Your coin couldn't go above 62 because of the rub. That would be the reason for the grade.
