Help with 1999 Georgia quarter analysis

Last week I came across a 1999 bicentennial (Georgia) quarter. It struck me as very unusual because the color is much darker than any other Washington quarter I've seen. I've included photos but the color makes clarity difficult. The weight of this quarter seems heavier than typical but I don't have a scale that can weigh it to fractions of a gram. Given social distancing, I don't see visiting an expert anytime soon.

Any information would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum! :)

Looks like it spent some time in the ground or a fire. As mentioned it is environmental damage.

The coin spent a long time buried, was found and put back into circulation. It has no collector value. Strictly environmental damage.

Buried treasure. Spend it in a vending machine and no one will question it.

@TonyP ....Welcome aboard.... Your coin has been in the ground for an extended period ...no premium...nor is it a 'bicentennial'....Cheers, RickO
