How about $10 paper silver and $50 physical silver at the same time?
Nah, I’m betting 50 first. How can it go down to 10?
If I could forecast metals markets accurately, I would be retired on my own island in the Caribbean.

let us see … $12 last week, above $40 September 2011, If I was a betting man, I would bet $10 before $50.
Break out the limbo pole mon! It's irrelevant if you can't use it to eat, buy stuff in the store, pay the bills. Peace Roy

currently $10 seems more reachable than $50.
$10 is only a 40% decline, while $50 is a 350% gain. I’d say the former is more likely.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
$10 congrats!
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.
I'll go out on a limb and say $50, but perhaps not for many years. The worldwide debt bomb will explode at some point down the line.
Like asking which comes first, $1000 or $1
Neither for quite some time. But eventually $50. Good luck to us stackers ☺️
Neither
So you believe neither will EVER occur?

$10 first
I go with $50 physical, $10 paper. The miners aren't going to continue to sell what they work to extract and refine for the same cost as printing.
There are three markets: Physical, Paper and Futures.
The $10 figure is more likely in the near term....though I do not think it will fall below that...Long term, depending on the effects of this current crisis on the world economy, $50 could occur...But more likely to hit a lower level around $30. Cheers, RickO
I'm buying at $10 all day long!!
...not that I'd actually get anyone to sell me silver at that price...

$10 first, no doubt. But $50 eventually...

Please clarify your question. As far as what silver will physically transact at on the open market, $50. If it ever drops below $15 sell physical, then it will be well into a deep recession forcing owners to liquidate large physical quantities.
Paper doesn't matter, the market added more margin stops and instituted other measures that puts trading in paper contracts at higher risk both ways. The Comex halted taking physical delivery as well.
10 dollar silver then it should take off I hope
Has anybody been able to buy at the current spot ? All I see is " currently unavailable "
My local dealer is buying but not selling any bullion. Shipped off all his Proof/Mint Set inventory except one of each date.
Current spot at $ 14.00 give or take. I'm seeing $ 17.00 + sell price for those marked available.
Imo, silver won't fall (for long) below the cost of production of new metal.
Nor will it rise (for long) to quintuple the cost of production.
In other words, I don't expect to live long enough to see either price, for sustained periods.
Short term, practically anything can happen.... folks sometimes be crazy and forget how to do math.
