many look up to folks as yourself - and that can easily sway opinion, Peers can sway , I prefer knowing what actual personal opinion is not once other grades are figured in. I've always done that, some I was way off and some high - I don't care, it is my personal opinion of how I see it. But ye no worries apology accepted

I like it as a 3, 3+ makes perfect sense to me.

I don't think it has enough blast for a 66 grade. If if did, those would be about $35k worth of marks on the face.

I see no meaningful deficiency with the “blast”. However, a multitude of coins graded lower than 66 would be transformed into 66’s (or higher) if their flaws were somehow, no longer present. 😉So I don’t really understand the point.
