Small date 1970 s penny??

Found in pocket change. Need professional's answer. Is it small date or large. So I can categorize for my collection. Thank you.

The inner end of the '9' is pointing downward toward the 'S'. On the small date that end curves more so that it points toward the middle of the '7'.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.
