From my Medical Field. My first teacher on psychiatry of the MD functions told us this joke about patient family:
The gentlemen go see his Dr. for checkup with his wife. The Checkup done the Dr. ask him to go to change and him will speak with the wife. The gentlemen say: Ok, darling is winter, so after I go heat the car.
After him leave, the Dr. say: If you, Miss, want your husband to live, then do this: 1. Give 3 time a day meal
2. Do never scream at him
3. Make love with him anytime him want.
In the car: Husband ask: So sweetly what him say?
WIFE Answer: YOU WILL DIE
For us future Md's was never talk with the family.

A man walks into a bar with a small dog under his arm and sits down at the counter, placing the dog on the stool next to him. The bartender says, "Sorry, pal. No dogs allowed."
The man says, "But this is a special dog – he plays the piano!"
The bartender replies, "Well, if he can play that piano, you both can stay... and have a drink on the house!"
So the man puts the dog on the piano stool, and the dog starts playing. Ragtime, Mozart... and then he plays some rock 'n' roll. The bartender and patrons are amazed.
Suddenly, a bigger dog runs in, grabs the small dog by the scruff of the neck, and drags him out. The bartender asks the man, "What was that all about?"
The man replies, "Oh, that was his mother. She wanted him to be a doctor."
After a very busy day, a commuter settled down in her seat and closed her eyes as the train departed Chicago for Flossmoor.
As the train rolled out of the station, the guy sitting next to her pulled out his cell phone and started talking in a loud voice. "Hi sweetheart its Eric, I’m on the train.” I know it’s the six thirty and not the four thirty, but I had a long meeting. No, honey, not with that floozie from the accounts office, with the boss. No sweetheart, you're the only one in my life, yes, I’m sure, cross my heart” etc., etc...
Fifteen minutes later, he was still talking loudly, when the young woman sitting next to him, who was obviously angered by his continuous rabble, yelled at the top of her voice, "Hey, Eric, turn that stupid phone off and get your sexy ass back into bed!"
Eric doesn’t use his cell phone in public any longer.
