    @Namvet69....Old mine tailings in that area used to provide some nice turquoise - which was discarded during mining processes. After it got popular, most mining areas that were controlled, disallowed hunting the tailings. Cheers, RickO

    Copper mines have nice turquoise in the tails. If you can get to them.
