AU-55
AU55 since it's lightly circulated with numerous small contact marks.

AU58 (at a minimum) - Low grade unc. examples can look quite unappetizing and I have a feeling the coin looks better in hand. But at the moment, my AU58 guess is sort of out in left field.😬

AU55....some wear on both sides as well as noticeable hits on the devices. Cheers, RickO

Boy is that thing over-graded?
Grading gold from a photo is not the easiest thing to do.
I was at 61. Nice coin.

I haven’t looked at a lot of 1907s. I definitely thought the weakness in the hair on the obverse was wear; did these tend to have weak strikes?
I'm guessing those pics didn't do this coin any favors. This coin probably looks much better in hand in good lighting.

I have a 1907 pcgs AU-58 that looks much better then that one
Any photos?
Same here.
With all that luster, some of the high point lack of detail is due to strike, and not excessive rub.
Pretty coin, and a popular type coin, uncluttered reverse design.

CPG 1000 AU 55 1030 MS62.
Probly can get offer around $800 off bourse
That coin's an AU.
My first take was an above average Unc.. Looks like pictures from Chris at the Arizona coin business, forget the name.
60, congrats!

@coinpalice , nice-looking $10 Indian!
That’s a nice looking example, but I don’t think it’s a good, grade/quality-wise as the example which is the subject of this thread.

Hard to make a definitive grading assessment from photos, but I'll take the PCGS coin all day on the basis of eye appeal (admittedly, also based on photos).
Love the original no motto design, slightly different than the motto coin but has much better eye appeal
I would have said 58
I don't by it.
I need a no motto 1907!
