PCGS submission status... "grading"

Looking at my recent submission... wondering how long a standard, raw, w/TV in the "grading" phase takes?

Is it hours, a day, a week?

It like being five years old again and waiting for Santa Claus.

This was about a week for a regular sub.
Now encapsulating, I'm guessing the grades will show tomorrow.

I submitted a regular service and an economy one. Both logged in 2/28 (but received several days earlier).

The regular service was finalized 3/9 and arrived today (3/12). The economy service is still awaiting grading.

You get what you pay for. I'm guessing a couple more weeks.

I suggest a good book, a bottle of good wine - well, several of each - and you will have a pleasant interlude while awaiting the eventual completion of your submission....Takes the stress out of waiting... Cheers, RickO

I have two regular service submissions that were received into the system on 3/11 and are in grading. I wonder if submissions are down for now at PCGS due to the coronavirus (lower show attendance and cancelled shows)? Might have been an inadvertently fortuitous timing for submissions at the moment.
