I will check tonight again. It had some weird mark like an “S” and under it “60”. I couldn’t find a silver mark. Will try taking a pic of it tonight.
I wonder what it was originally? Maybe a little too large to be napkin ring. Perhaps a type of ring to hold a curtain back??
