At Safeways yesterday - hard to believe people just leave this stuff in the reject slot - the dime is a 1964.

Wow...nice haul and a piece of silver as well....Congratulations...I have had a couple of dry weeks...Cheers, RickO
There was a 37 Merc 10c in there too.
Great find.
A "better than usual" find for me would be a paper clip or pocket fuzz.
Pretty darn good!
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I’ve never used a coin star, but I can’t believe people just leave money in them. Lazy or just in a hurry?
I love it!!
Man, that's a whole whole lot of stuff in that little reject slot!
Pete
Great haul!
@BuffaloIronTail....Pete, I have, on two occasions, found more than I could hold in one hand....Rare, but it happens...Cheers, RickO
I suspect a feverish individual was just in hurry to get a slip to pay for their NyQuil.
See it all the time.

that's a good haul
Your lucky to have coin star machines to supplement your retirement income. We don't have coin star here in the cornfield....
I figured it out. The coins poured into the Coinstar make quite a racket as the counter sorter gizmo does it's thing. It's loud enough to drown out the reject coins dropping into the reject slot. And there is no message on the screen reminding one to check the reject slot. 27 coins is my largest haul to date. Peace Roy

I made a round of stops checking machines in my area. Did not find anything. Checked on and around every machine as well as the reject slot.
Nice!
Great haul. Wow. Well done.
My local Coinstar machine kicks out 90% silver. I find that hilarious.

I am the King of the Coin Star machine, I check near home (Bay Area CA) I have found a 1774 Spanish (small) coin, 1889 silver US dime, 3 Mercuries in one haul and many silver an wheelies, as well as just coin piles. It is truly amzing what you can fine and what people leave behind
3 mercuries
I also found a 2008 S quarter that turned our to be silver - Weight it - Picture of pile
This was one haul also, good find
I got a rock.
Pete
@Pete , I come up dry a lot also - I call it fishing, sometimes you go home empty, sometimes you hit....
Been dry here for a long time.
