Repunched Mintmark on Barber Quarter?

I recently picked up an 1893 S Barber Quarter in a PC 58 holder. It looks to me like this quarter has a RPM, but I'm interested in others opinions:

I love them Barber Halves.....

    Well, that bottom serif does look repunched.

    I agree with CaptHenway....though the MM has taken some abuse, the lower serif does appear as if it has another below it....Cheers, RickO
