1989 Lincoln Cent copper

Didn't someone find a 1989 Lincoln cent that was struck on a copper (pre 1982) planchet.
I think this is the latest date for this off metal (copper, not zinc) strike for Lincoln cents.
Any information on this coin along with other similiar cents of this type would greatly be
appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Even at the time I think it was quite the bargain.
@Tibor....Thank you for the link.... I wonder how many of these I missed...

I hadn't heard about the coin but can't help but wonder how it could have happened?
Foreign planchet maybe????
Or was the US mint even striking coins for other countries in 1989?
Probably came loose from a coin tote that had been in storage and not used.
That's my guess.

Does anyone have any information about 1989 no mint mark that is at least 3 g more likely on a copper planchet?
here are some pictures. there is a slight erosion on the back of the coin or the reverse, but the weight is a solid 3 g at least.
The corrosion you see on the rev is the zinc core showing thru, you have a normal zinc coin. Also, your scale is not exact enough a zinc cent weighs 2.5 - 2.6 grams as your scale only goes to full grams it cannot show you the accurate weight.
