Please check out these Johnson Matthey 1 oz. MTB Bars

Hi everyone, I was really excited to find these bars that have been misplaced for years. My parents gave them to me when I was a kid but the one I really wanted was the one with the Harter Bank reverse. I was especially excited when I saw the serial number of 00002. Do these bars, and the Harter Bank bar especially, carry any additional premium or value?

Thanks in advance!

The Harter would command a nice premium but its hard to tell how high it would go. My guess is $75-$125
The other is a standard Liberty bar which goes for around $25-$35.

    Loves me some shiny!

Ok, now that one I havent seen.
Infact the allengelhard site doesn't have it listed.

Chester you should submit your bar to allengelhard.
See what they can tell you for production numbers and put it in the research gallery.
Very nice bar, condition isn't scratched up so dont try and clean it (I'd recommend putting it in a protective case)

:o Oh, and please add me to the list if it were to come up for sale ;)

A quick google search turned up #54 from this series:

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.
