I haven't been in my safety deposit Box for many years just pulled the coins out and enjoyed seeing them again.
Figured i share them with the forums and see others coin images. Never know what the future will bring.

I bought all these raw or the years and submitted them myself.
All the Vf's I bought as F15's from dealers that specailize in Draped bust halves.
Missing a G04 and VF30 grade or I would have a decent AG03 to VF35 PCGS grading set.
All my Draped Bust 50c togther..
Here are a few of mine
On your 1795s - looks like the first two are the same variety: O-113 STATES with A over E
The G04 is O-125, I think.

Nice 1795 Half.
Is this a variety or damage?
A modest F15, O.101a.

The cud is kinda cool. O.105.

A lot of nice halves posted! It is good to see some raw early half dollars.
Flowing Hair and Draped Bust half dollars are interesting to collect, great designs from a great engraver. Prices have come down on these, now is a good time to start a collection.
An excellent book on this series was released in 2015 Early United States Half Dollars: Volume I 1794-1807, by Steve Tompkins, containing much research and new information on the series, along with images of US Mint documentation.
The earlier question by @fivecents, the crack at S12 is not damage, it is an attribute of the late die state of 1806 pointed six, no stem.
Great coins, @Nysoto ! I really like the original look of your 1803 half.
Cheating a little cuz I believe I just sold this coin (consignment)..
I was wondering if a forum member might have bought it?
The die cracks on this beauty are some of the best...I'd love to collect these again and focus on big die cracks. There are many in the series!
I did do that to some extent with cbh and had a rather nice run of amazing cracks!
Almost a complete AG03 To VF35 grading set
Gorgeous. Who is MC PERRY?
Matthew Calbraith Perry, commodore of the U.S. Navy. Credited with playing a major role in opening up trade with Japan. Brother to Oliver Hazard Perry (Battle of Lake Erie, War of 1812).
I would love to own that half dollar. Matthew and Oliver Perry are my great, great granduncles.
Lance.
Thanks @CoinJunkie , and @jayPem - I was the lucky person to buy your consignment, the O.110a variety looks best in this grade and I have never seen one better, will probably never sell the coin. Your images are better than the PCGS over-exposed image below
The FH and DB half dollar series are full of heavy die cracks and some dramatic full cuds. Most of my best examples are not imaged, but here are a couple more. I have made a request to PCGS to add a Registry for FH and DB half dollars, when that happens I will get some good Truview images.

Nice stuff here.

I really like this one, in all its grunginess.
"small head" variety, old cleaning.
I love the overdate, and how the mint squoze all the coins they could out of a set of dies.
Oh cool 👍..I had a hunch it might show up here...
Pics are by Lance and the coin was at one point in the collection of Stman, or so I was told 😊
Here are the originals reduced to 600x600. PM me if you'd like the unreduced ones (sized about 3800x3800 pixels).
Lance.
Thanks Lance.
A Stman pedigree is good to have!

Nice old thread. I somehow missed this the first time around. Here's one that spoke to me. I probably paid too much for it. Oh well:
I like die cracks. 😎
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
This is in an old ANACS small holder. They designated it as scratched. I've thought about cracking it and submitting it to our hosts to try for a straight grade. I've seen a lot worse scratches that are straight graded.
Note: wasn’t paying attention and only just realized this was a thread for half dollars. The coin below is a dollar, so just pretend I posted two halves.

I also missed this thread the first time around.
Here’s my humble example:
I really like this coin considering the relatively low price…
