The obverse picture and the reverse picture are not of the same coin.
I don't think the reverse picture shows a silver (pre-1964) coin.
It looks more like an environmentally-damaged coin from the 1980s or 1990s.
The 1959 silver quarter looks cleaned.
So you have got about $3 worth of silver plus 25-cents to spend.
Thanks, Dan. My thoughts exactly. But, I didn't see the reverse as environmentally damaged. I defer to you. However, I do agree it is two separate coins......the rims don't match.
