Historically, that coin has been called mishandled.

The 1885 PR64 PCGS realized $1,320,000. Seems a little low, or not?

Seems about right to me. It probably would have brought 10-20% more a year ago, but it does not strike me as a bargain today.

The Norweb coin was a cigar smoked hairlined 61. This coin was always ranked below it. For what it’s worth.
Not having seen it in person, I can only pass on historical rankings.
