Is it a 1936? The best RPM for that date looks a lot like your pictures.
The pictures are too blurry... I cannot determine if it is an RPM or PMD.... thinking it may be RPM, but not clear enough to be conclusive. Cheers, RickO
If you are referring to the area at the bottom of the mint mark... that looks like post mint damage to me... looks like the bottom of the mint mark has a ding on it. That is all I can tell until you have sharper pictures.
Worn Buff mintmarks look funny to the eye. Can't be sure one way or the other.
