I thought 62 when I saw the pictures....If the field and cheek chatter are exaggerated due to magnification, it could be a tad better.... I like gold, so probably a generous grader... Cheers, RickO
I would have guessed MS-62. I think the standards have changed since that was graded. Hardly any coins are graded MS-60 anymore. I don't think the value changes much so I'd rather have your coin in the old holder graded as a 60 than graded higher in a new slab.
LOL, in the 1980's I bought about fifty slabbed coins from the top two TPGS to use in grading classes. Thirty-some years later, all the coins (especially the Franklin Proofs) have increased two to three grades! Proof 64 Cameos (all I could afford at the time) are now 67's.

My first thought was 58. I thought the break in luster might be rub, but I could see it in a 61 holder...
