Scratches on the coin 63, on the holder 64.

I cheated and looked. Before I did, I was going to say 62. The way I see it, the majority of the scratches are on the holder, not the coin. The coin is pretty clean and detail is good, as it is for most 34 coins. Luster looks pretty subdued. Maybe in-hand I would grade it higher.

With the scratches on the neck being on the slab not the coin... I'm thinking 64. I know I should knock off a point for the fact that it's peace dollar and not a Morgan- but I like it and this year comes really nice.

Yes, cannot seem to capture the luster of this coin in the pics. It's quite beautiful in hand (at least to me and my hand...)
In person the luster is REALLY nice (to my eye) This despite all my efforts to capture that on pics; sadly
