2000 Roosevelt dime error?

Hello everyone..I need your help to identify this Roosevelt dime error or damaged..thank you

    Usually I would say Post Mint Dante But this I would guess to say struck through grease/debris But im I’m not %100 sure.

    Noticed the copper from the core layer is exposed on the high points of the design. That wouldn't be visible if it was a strike through or filled die error. It has to be PMD. Likely some sort of abrasive wheel, Dremel, or something similar. There even appears to the be the linear striations which you would also expect from abrasive damage

    I agree with PMD.....It could be due to many things... but definitely not a mint process issue. Cheers, RickO

    I find it interesting that the rim is still intact.
    I agree with @Oldhoopster It looks like the copper layer is showing where most material would have been removed. I think that would only show if material was removed, a strike through should still have the nickel layer in the struck through area.
    If this is an error I think it would have to be some sort of delamination
