If it is a 19-S, there should be some evidence of V.D.B. under Lincolns shoulder.
That coin is in bad shape.

No evidence I can see of VDB. Because VDB is hidden along the rim it's usually evident even on very poor specimens like this.
Nasty coin whatever it is....not desirable at all.
