I have no idea on this. Is this considered a cud? Die chip? That's why I have all you great collectors out there to help me out!

I would consider it a die chip. It's not unusual to find them on ATB quarters. Cuds affect the rim area

The ding above the wing looks like PMD... the anomaly in the feather/wing separation looks like a die chip...no numismatic premium. Cheers, RickO
