    Any thoughts on the toning? I thought it was eye catching. Not sure what would have caused it. It’s cool though

    I would doubt the Mint will make a bi-centennial for the Monroe Doctrine....The justification for it has long since disappeared and geopolitics have changed dramatically. Cheers, RickO
