IMO, it's always best to check the reference sites first, then ask for clarification/confirmation on the forums. By surfing sites like Wexler's, you have the opportunity to look at pics of actual doubled dies. The more DDs you look at, the easier it will be to separate the worthless doubling from the real doubling.
