Counterstamps are pretty cool novelties, @Coin_nut1977.
It does appear to be Kennedy.

Nice find ... you can also find or purchase cents with the state's on them.
Counter stamped cents were popular at one time... the Kennedy in particular. Followed by different state stamps...I have never seen the owl stamp before. Cheers, RickO
The Kennedy Looks At Lincoln (or Lincoln Looks At Kennedy) counterstamps are very common and appear on many different dates/mm. They were originally mounted on cards as shown earlier in this thread.
