High attendance mark for local coin club

astroratastrorat Posts: 9,221 ✭✭✭✭✭

Last night the Tyler Coin Club (East Texas) had our monthly meeting and we set a high mark in attendance. At this meeting we had 57 attendees (including guests). This surpassed our previous high mark of 55 attendees last year. After club business we had a discussion on numismatic exhibits and then held a lively auction. It's a fun group of men and women with a light smattering of YNs in the mix.

If you are ever in the greater East Texas area on the second Tuesday evening of the month, please come and join us!

I wish there was a coin club here... no clubs, nothing coin related, except antique shops...Have only met one other coin collector here - at a flea market - and he complained about the same things. Cheers, RickO
