IMO only. I'd need to see a closer picture of the bottom bands. Looks close.
Do not see a clear separation on the bottom band.

I would say no FB.
What year is the dime? From the reverse it looks like a 1957-D.
Also need to see a better picture.
Later, Paul.
@ashump1960....Welcome aboard....We need a better picture to determine FB....Cheers, RickO
Really tough to tell with your picture. Generally if the bottom bands are plump and rounded the separation is complete. I've seem Roosie's that were not completely separated on the left only, center only and right. Best you can do is look at great pictures in a book or on E-Bay and compare yours to theirs.
It looks FB to me but the right side might be problematic since it's hard to be certain from the photo.
A closer look
This photo has the same problem but it still looks FB to me.
I am new to the coin world, was handed a few thousand coins and now I am trying to learn as I go, hopefully you all do not mind a bunch of stupid questions.
A few will tell ya to 'buy a book!' But a lot of the guys are really nice...
And, "handed a few thousand coins" sounds like a whole lotta fun! Enjoy the process

Really close.
After seeing the new pics ... it looks very..very close.
Still don’t see a clear separation with the new pics.
Something is going on the eastern side of the separation, as if, it’s pushed-up (north).
Maybe pics at a slight angle or contrast adjustments?
In-hand you see it better; what do you objectively (look at it as if it was not your coin and were considering purchasing it with your hard earned money) think?
Looks FB.
Thanks guys,
I actually thought I had an 1787 Vermont Copper, but it was an '86 not worth near as much...
