    No, I purchased this a few years ago. It has been sitting all this time. The envelope was stapled shut.

    I've been through the Panama Canal three times on a destroyer (USS O'Brien DD-975 Spruance Class) in the seventies. I'm sure I would be out of line to ask if it was for sale.

    There are a lot of medals from the 1915 Pan-Pac Expo that can be had. Many of them are fairly inexpensive. There are several HK-401 on eBay right now for $150 or less.
