Sorting through a cent bag looking for goodies and of course my little meowmismatist is here to create lighting eclipses, knock through coins and just be a general "helper" while I search...

Yep... Two cats, two dogs... seems the sound of coins on a wooden table attracts them... Actually, they think I have snacks and am eating without giving them any..... Cheers, RickO

I have three cats, and a dog. Dog could care less about coins but does come around when the cats are getting attention for getting into things or knocking stuff off the table.
I don’t know if “helper” is the correct term. She likes to scatter mylar flips all over the place.

This is Freddie, he doesn't care for coins nor is he a fan of the coin forum.

We kept my mom's parrot for a few months, wondered how the two cats we had were going to handle having a bird around - a quick nip with it's beak and it's loud squawks ended all feline interests in avian pursuits.
Man you have a restrained puddycat!
Do they work well together?
I did in my first store. His name was trouble, and I got him from a customer. He came when anyone called him, and his prize possession was an old, nylon thread spool. I'd let him out in the morning and he would grab that spool and lug it to the cage top. We would play catch with it all the time. He would grab it and throw it at me. People often came in just to interact with him.
She's more interested in turkey than coins. Maybe one day!
Here are my 3 little helpers:
Pretty sure that is a Half Moon Conure. That was my 1st bird with a very sad tale that sticks with me to this day.(Sorry Mom + Dad) I worked at a Pet shop when I was 14-16. I raised a Half Moon Conure that became my sole mate. I was hers and she was mine!
Unfortunately my parents wouldn't allow me to have a bird as a pet. I raised my baby from a sibling and we had close to a year together. We were bonded...anyone who knows Birds knows what I am talking about. She lived on my shoulder every day at the Pet Shop and even went through several days at school with me on my shoulder! The time came when I had to bring her home and I was met with a brick wall.
All was fine when I worked at the Pet Shop but that was coming to a end. I was forced to have to sell her because my parents wouldn't allow me to have her in the house. Well....It was an easy sell the way she was with me. Lay on her back for a belly rub, etc. But she would have nothing to do with anyone else...she was my Baby. The folks that bought her brought her back a couple of days later on a freezing 20 degree day with lower wind temps. They took her several 100 Yards across the Parking lot in an uncovered cage. That's a big no-no with a Tropical Bird. Of course she got sick and only lasted 2 days .
My Oli might still be with me if my parents hadn't been so stubborn.
Oh sure. She is in charge of the crack out game.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
