Is this a Walker in Poor-1?

I’ve been attempting to judge whether this is a Walker in Poor or Fair condition. I also believe this is a 1920-D. I’ve attached the photos for your opinion.
Thanks!

With out a readable date I don’t believe the major grading company’s will certify it at all

There is enough of the 4th numeral left to determine it is 1920. I came to this conclusion after carefully looking at the position of the numbers on other pieces. I also examined the shape of the mint mark to conclude it wasn’t a 1940 dated piece.

    Yes.

The photo is an example of a Fair 2 on Pcgs photograde. They don't show a PO 1 !

1 Poor PO Clear enough to identify, date may be worn smooth with one side of the coin blanked. Coins that are very badly corroded may also fall under this category.
2 Fair FR Some detail shows
3 About Good AG Readable lettering although very heavily worn. The date and design may be worn smooth.

It surely looks poor.... I know this is a collector niche, but I have never understood the fascination with such coins. Cheers, RickO

I agree with your 1920-d and feel it is a PO-01. I am concerned about the squiggly line on the obverse left field - might get graffiti or scratch.
