Helping Graders Grade Faster

Is it true that the more times you check the PCGS app for grades the quicker your coins will get graded?
I have tried this technique with my most recent submission but all it seems to be doing is cutting down on my phone's battery life!!

Nailed it.

It’s actually the opposite, in my experience.
Needed that... LOL!
At I two services I worked for in the distant past, I developed a friendly, customer oriented phone technique that cut down our nuisance calls ("Did you get my coin? Where is my coin, How long...," etc,) to virtually ZERO; yet left the caller feeling like a very special submitter.
Don't bother to ask. These calls slow down the works.
It's best for all to be patient.
What you need is a a little bot crawler to do the checks for you every second. It’s not really a DOS attack, just your kindly reminder that you’re impatient.
Whenever I’ve hoped for a faster turnaround there is always some unexplained delay with the post office or something....
It is not about speed... It is about accuracy. Not all coins are equal even though they may have been assigned the same grade.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Patience... a virtue uncommon in coin collectors....
Absolutely no external efforts on your part will help your coins move through the process any faster. Just submit and wait.... focus on another hobby or other coins....read a book or go hiking.... Cheers, RickO
You're checking on the wrong device. For best results consult each page on your 2020 calendar from PCGS.
My US Econ sub was done in less than 15 business days...so they seem to be moving faster right now. From what I saw, they’re also still working on the weekends.
Good Call!! I have mine hanging. Is one month better to stare at than the others??
If I ran a TPGS, most would work weekends. The key to taking over that market is speed of return, cost for the service, accuracy, and reputation/market acceptance. The first three are the ONLY things the second tier services can offer. They have NO CHANCE of competing with the reputation, acceptance, and innovations offered by the top tier services. That's why they will not be eligible for CAC stickers either. It would tip the present balance too much.
