Getting cards re-graded or slabbed?

I have some trading cards that are graded from BCCG. Is it worth getting them re-graded by a more prestige grading company like PSA?

Depends on the card - certainly - but cards often do not cross over at the level from one company to the next so set expectations accordingly. A gem mint graded card in a PSA holder will typically command more than any similar grade from another company (excepting maybe BGS 10 on some modern stuff may come close to PSA 10; not my area really).

I have seen some nice vintage end up in BCCG; the more specific you can be, the better the advice you’ll get.

You will have to be more specific.

chances are with BCCG, you're better off cracking them out. wouldn't bother trying to cross them. totally different grading scale, eve different than BGS. do you have a high quality scan of the card at least you could show us?

  • I don't have a high quality scan but I can take a quality photo.

The first Jordan is worth about $10.00 as is the Robinson.

    Why bother?
