I haven't seen one either in a soft pack, that I recall, so I can't help you with that. Of course a raw (not in a soft pack) 92-CC in that condition is only a few hundred bucks.
The softpacks contained over 100 different dates/mm's. 84,165 circulated coins were placed in the softpacks. Only one 92cc has shown its face in a hardpack that I'm aware. I'm not familiar with anyone that has done a tabulation of the 84,165. Daunting task for sure. There are probably a few 92cc's but very few and this may be the only one. Who knows.
What's it worth? I guess we will see. Strong money is my guess.

Thanks for the link ....and also the video....I had not seen soft packs like that... All the ones I purchased in packaging, were in the original cardboard box containing the hard plastic container... unopened. Got them from GSAGuy years ago....Cheers, RickO

Thanks for the video. Trying to get specific rarity or value on the 92-CC date in the GSA plastic. Don't beleive I have seen that date before.
Oddly there are a good number of 1903-O dollars soft packholdered so the premium is not very large.
NGC has certified 13 in the GSA soft packs. 4 in G, 6 in VG and 4 in F condition. Info for those with GSA designation are broken out within the date. Maybe I can get $900 for my 1890-P since the are only 19 certified.
Probably a few months old so numbers may have crept up by a few but this is what I saw @ NGC the last time I looked. The "Hard pack" numbers may include the hard shell packs & regular GSA designation coins - not positive. NGC did designate GSA like PCGS, right? If not all hard packs.
Hopefully this will be readable., if not PM me and I'll send you a copy to save you some time searching thru the NGC site.
Shb cut out of pkg, box trashed. What are those dark spots on it. / pkg damage? Not a collector of pkg / deep 6 for it.
Obviously, you are in the minority on this. GSA packs sell rather well. I'm sure you can find plenty who would say the same for a good portion of this hobby. I personally don't pay extra for toned coins because I like bright frosty surfaces and am not a good judge of the values. Others would say "You paid how much for a nickel just because the buffalo is missing a leg?"

I better bump this. By the time Ricko sees it in the morning the auction will be over.
I'm not sure what info you are looking for, but a video is worth 1000's of words.

Thank you Bob and everyone else with the help.
$1272 + juice!
Are you the proud new owner?
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I swear I saw this exact coin locally a couple years ago. I wonder who the consignor is.
Nope. I maxed at about $700 all in.
Probably worth the price, but $1000 worth of plastic gives me vertigo.
When I 1st saw this thread I was going to say a Grand+. I thought you had it. Sorry!

Pkg worth zilch

You shouldn’t have to like something in order to acknowledge that it (obviously) has considerable value. Those are two different things.

Thank you, Mark. I will hang on to this.
