I am at eight. :#

1950's. Just a tyke, must have caught some Tigers baseball on the Admiral. Dad was a big fan.
1960's. Huge Tigers fan. Watched almost all of 40 of the teams tv broadcasts each year.
1970's. Still liked the baseball team. began watching Hockey Night in Canada and a bit of football.
1980's. Became a huge NFL fan and still watched baseball.
1990's. Moved out to the desert and TV got less important. Still enjoyed college and pro football. Baseball not so much.
2000's. Gave up on MLB and followed basketball and football more over the net than on TV, still watched some post season.
2010's. Gave up on the NFL. Mostly college football and tournament basketball,
2020's. Jan 1 bowl games.

1962 is as far back as I remember. I’m thinking it was San Diego that won the AFL championship. I remember them running into the locker room after the game.

Maybe a bit younger, but I do have memories of yelling to the captain "watch out for the iceberg, dammit"

I probably saw some sports on TV in the 60's, but I don't remember, so six, maybe 7.

This is for you @thisistheshow - Jim Rice was actually a pretty good player.

I have watched sports on TV since the late 1950s. I remember watching the 1959 World Series when the Dodgers beat the White Sox.

Since Curt Gowdy announced Red Sox games...he began in 1951 and called Ted Williams final at bat in Fenway.

I remember watching the Browns with Otto Graham. So I guess for me the mid 50's.

Can remember the early 70’s baseball - collected cards beginning in 1971, put most of those black bordered beauties between my bike spokes. Favorites from then were Yaz, Rico Petrocelli, Reggie Smith & Reggie Jackson.

Six if we are counting the 2020s.

My earliest TV sports memory is being five and watching Celtics basketball, about 1981. My father died that same year and I remember definitely watching boxing on TV with him as well.

8 here. Probably only watched the Phillies in the 50's because as a kid, I just could never get enough baseball. Then opened up to the Eagles and Sixers. Watched the Flyers a little when they were good. Always remember watching Baseball's game of the week on Saturday.

Gowdy was awful. Knew nothing. Nice voice though. Better than Sterling and Chip Caray.

I remember watching the end of World Series games in 1957 &1958 between the Braves and Yankees when I got home from school. They played in the daytime back then.

Yes, Daytime World Series games. Teachers should have brought a tv in for the couple afternoons. Good way to learn statistics and probabilities.
