My last purchased of 2019 arrived today and I thought I'd share with Wiener cathedral medal collector.
Here's the medal in original case.....
Out of the case......
With Wiener St. Peter cathedral in Vatican for comparison in size......
With a small ding on obverse (at least 3) I am very happy to add this in my collection.
Thanks for viewing and any comments.

Wow! That looks beautiful! Congrats for picking it up! I never even knew Pacquet did cathedral medals but I'm glad to know now.
I only have one cathedral medal right now, a die trial from Andreas Neudeck, but I've been actively looking to pick up my first Wiener medal.
That medal comes both with and without the engraved consecration date.
I bet it made quite a thunk when it hit the floor.
Very nice.... I have always admired Cathedral Medals... the intricate art is amazing.....Cheers, RickO
Nice aquisition!
That is a very scarce piece.
I have been looking for a nice one for years.
Most have some type of problems and when nice ones come up( rarely) they bring quite a price.
Congratulations.
Very nice and thanks for showing @Knell.
@Knell that's a very nice, large medal, and the detail is still there. The comparison photo with the Wiener medal is cool.
Really nice cathedral medal you got there. Architectural medals can be so detailed.
Thank you for showing us that beauty and thank you @Flatwoods for the additional info.
I'm trying to put together a complete run of Wiener's cathedral and synagog medals.
Like you my last purchase 2019 was also a medal. Please allow me to share.

Thanks. I still have similar medal on my eBay watch list for a few months now but the quality is not that good and when I click that listing on eBay last week, the medal that I purchased showed up as just listed on eBay so I pulled the trigger on Best Offer and was accepted for just a bit over $200 plus tax and a small shipping charge. Did I pay too much? I'm happy with the purchase and some of Wiener medals listed on the internet cost about the same or twice as much. Thanks again.
@baddogss
I was watching similar medal on eBay about 3 weeks ago or so but could not bid or buy it due to I just bought a 5 medal set in original case by Wiener's and was out of funds. Nice medal, congrats. That is now in my hunt list plus the York Cathedral in London. Thanks.
I think you did great.
I have seen much worse examples sell for more.
The only 2 examples that I have seen in the last 10 years, that I thought would fit my set sold for much more.
My favorite example sold for several thousand years ago.
The depth of the design blows my mind. Thanks for sharing. Peace Roy
