Help with evaluating my 1813 Large Cent

I have an 1813 Large Cent that I REALLY like, but I’m concerned about its edges. As you can see in the photo it has 3 knicks which look very intentional. Could this have been done by the mint for some reason? My main concern is that PCGS would details grade this coin.
Also, how would you grade it?
Thanks!

It's an otherwise nice coin with post-mint damage, in my opinion.

This is a TEST CUT.
Details grade for sure......darn it.....
I agree with PMD and that it probably shouldn’t get a straight grade. That said, it would make a great album coin!
I agree with PMD.... good for an album....Cheers, RickO
