Problem grade XF-40. It is probably in a 45 slab.
PS When I started collecting this was a VF. Back then, VF coins had mint luster.
45
Guessing XF45-AU50, Lobotomy
45-50. Dinged up, but not too much wear.
I'll say PCGS called it 50, but not my taste. This date often comes very banged up unlike some of the later type 2 dates and type 3s.
Straight graded 45.
40
XF45. I've seen baggier examples of this type in straight graded 45 slabs.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.
It might be the images, but I get the sense that the coin has been lightly cleaned or altered. Either way, details-wise, I’d give it an AU50.

AU50, congrats!
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.
XF45.....could go 50 in hand.... Cheers, RickO
Good point. This coin probably has a lot more luster than what's showing up in the pics.

Agree, definitely has that look in the obverse fields near the stars.
40-45
45 to 50 but pictures can mislead. It looks straight grade to me.
Based solely on the images provided, I am unable to give this coin a straight grade.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Do you use the bottom service? In my limited experience, the results you posted don't agree with what I might have suggested.
This would have been a great discussion. Perhaps the OP could start another with a raw coin so we could GTG it would receive at EACH of those three TPGS's. I think the results would be much closer in agreement - especially with regard to problems. No, forget what I sad about "problems." There are definite differences between those three services.
The coin is loaded with luster. It is just not original Mint luster.
I Notice that most including you often do one, the other, or both (as I do).
I like your personal grade as a MAXIMUM. All the best to you in the New Year!
I would grade this a 46.13

EF40 IMHO
100% Positive BST transactions
IMHO, that's about 6.11 too high.
It looks polished to me.
