The pics are too blurry for me to tell. Go to Doubleddie.com or varietyvista.com and see if what RPMs they have listed for 1958-D and if your coin matches any of them EXACTLY
I have a special jar for coins like this.
That's a keeper.
Too much gunk to make a decision. If it is an RPM me thinks it can't be worth too much.

Looks like there COULD be a D/D north... but just not enough sharpness to tell.
Acetone.
