My wife found this while cleaning out her parent’s house. Never seen this before. May be from 1980 election?

Awesome holder
Wonder if PCGS would certify the card with their new COA certification service?
I have never lived in a town that had a Chick-fil-A. Still don't. I know I would have gotten one of these if I did. Nice find. You never know what you will find while cleaning.

Very cool! One of my favorite restaurants. We eat there WAY too often!
Haven't seen that before, neat item
They finally got to RI a couple years ago, great food and well trained polite employees. They always hive change back the right way, coins first then bills
Wonder what happened to the Big Mac bucks.
Great item!
I came across mine the other day.
It was fun to chase those down but what a distant memory only a year later.
I had no idea the restuarant had been around since 1967.
Neat item! I wonder how many wide rim / near date coins were found.

Sweet find!!! I love stuff that involves marketing / advertising.
The excitement surrounding the release of the new small dollar prompted many companies to give away a dollar as a promotional item. A few are listed here, including the "Chick-fil-A Dollar".

That's a cool find!

I have not seen one of those before.
The insert says "your right to vote" - that implies to me that it was given to female employees or customers. Just a guess....

Back when I was active in business, I would occasionally get promotional coins in the mail...once it was a SBA dollar... Usually a quarter though....and no special holders, just a promotional letter for whatever product they were selling...Cheers, RickO
Chick-Fil-A has only recently moved into my area so I have never seen one of those. Finding such items intact is a big plus as they make an essentially common coin interesting when seen in that context.
