A nice strike for a '41-S. Nice piece, I say MS-65.
Nice coin!... 66.
Nice strike, details well preserved....good luster....One ding in the obverse field by the sun ray...maybe one behind the thigh, might be on the slab... and a ding on the reverse by the left leg.... probably MS65.... Cheers, RickO
MS65+
My guess is MS64, largely because Liberty's left (to viewer's right) breast and upper thigh look flat.

Central Obverse strike slightly shallow.

64, good luster, fair strike. Nice look.

Strike is a little flat but good for a 41 s. That ding in the sun ray I think precludes a 65. Just to be a contrarian I'll say 63+.

I'm in the 64 camp. It looks like a small but conspicuous hit in the suns rays.....I do like the strike though.
I don't think I've ever had a '41s that well struck !
65,nice coin.
65+.

64+ and agree with all the above opinions
Very nice!
I have my suspicions about this being fake, or refurbished. While the hue and reflexatory attributes of this seem on par with a 65+ grade, the alloy extracts on the 1941 versions of this coin have historically had a more suffused tone than the one shown here. That being said, this is a beautiful half dollar.
I will try a pic that can increase size if clicked = oops have to hit link

MS64 by count on marks and observe rim. But one is small and may pass to 65
Best place to buy !

65 strike and limited hits with 64 luster = 64+

64 good strike nice luster / significant contact mark left obv field - B coin
I'm at the 64 grade. Several marks and rim chatter. Overall a nice looking coin.
This eagle reverse is one of my favorite designs!

I'd guess 64+. Good strike with typical central weakness for 41-S. Hits by sun, jaw, and a few marks in right field. Luster does not look particularly strong but that could be photo. Surface looks unmessed with.
I'm with the majority here it seems- 64 was my first impression and I'm sticking with it. To my eye strike is average, luster nice but not booming, and eye appeal is attractive with no major distractions.
thanks for opinions - the distribution is near my pre-grading probabilities

ouch. I was thinking 64-65
Dang! That's a shame...

I generally assume any “gtg” thread has an actual straight grade, but based on the photos I’m not surprised at the no grade.
A gem 41-s has nice molten chrome-like luster.
Nice 41-s. I would re-submit. Looks too nice.

Was going to go with 63.

I’ll take PCGS’ sight-seen opinion over those of ours, here, who are judging based solely on images.

Hey! How did you get in my head?
Wow. Bummer, man.
I like the s/s designation, but heck. Too bad about the cleaned thing.

One more reason not to buy a raw coin from a photo.
