Bug in the system? New tag won’t go away.....FIXED!!!

Is this happening to anyone else? The orange ‘New’ tag on each thread won’t go away after going into them. The only ones that are going away for me are the ones that have a number in front of ‘New’.

Sometimes when software is modified (usually for a good reason), it affects other things that were not intended to be affected....Probably the case here...JMO... Cheers, RickO

I caught a different bug.

My pm notification has been stuck on "1" for the last four months
If I get a new pm it does go to "2" .

Yes. But not nearly to the extent as when the whole format was changed a couple of years ago. Just be thankful PCGS supplies us with this forum. The powers that be must be working on something. To benefit us. BUGS BE DAMNED!

I am on a tablet - I thought things got somewhat better late yesterday afternoon, but then the problems came back quickly. The host computer doesn't recognize the user and everything recent is 'new' even if you have looked at it before.
