Why is it fair that 100 people got a signed COA and I didn't?
The Mint is treating some of their customers differently than others. This is grossly unfair and deserves a strongly worded complaint. What's more, it is unseemly for the accomplice in this fraud to be bragging on this site among those of us who were not treated specially by the Mint.

Congratulations all you lucky winners!

Well I am hoping I get one but I never win anything let alone 70 grades. I am usually the one who gets a 68. My luck is so bad when I sent a incorrect graded slab to be fixed they regraded the slab and
Degraded one of them. Talk about a double blow! I am not expecting anything when they grade mine in the next 10 days. But yes Congrats to the Lucky 100 and I wish I had a few extras I could sell at cost to some of the people here. But only 1 for me no brothers, sisters or family for me!
You have my sympathy. But life is not fair. Tell it to the judge.
Reducing life to one event and calling it unfair is indeed unfair!!
Why is it fair that 30,000 people got a COA and I didn't?
Why is it that toasters have settings greater than 5? There are some things in this world that we are not meant to know.
Mine goes up to eleven.

Wow! That’s a pretty powerful toaster... is that setting akin to a cleaning cycle for an oven? Ours only goes up to seven.
Why is it fair that 2 male children, conceived at the same time, one born in NY, whilst the other born in Hawaii, that one should have a draft number of 45 and the other one born in Hawaii had a number of 329?

2019 RPASE Baltimore Signed Certificate Here is the real Criminal.

Here is one the bid is up to $6,100.00 with 46 people watching. I guess he is a dealer who must of had a good connection of at least 8 people in line. I imagine he paid them good. But then who lives close to Baltimore. Have the FBI pay him a visit do a Interview give him Immunity go for the big fish! Mr. FISH!,,,,,,,,,But he is doing well,
Population 46 how many did it take to get 46?
300? Did he get 300 of them to bulk grading? Let’s call the Crime Hot Line!,,,

I hope you don't waste time and money on lotteries.
I may be a minority here but the idea of over-treasuring an autographed, low-numbered COA is a little beyond me. Sure, I would've loved to have been one of those 100, but to me, the coin is the important thing.
Maybe my perspective makes me look down on this stuff - I'm an autograph collector, too. I have autographed baseballs from Ted Williams and Ken Griffey, Jr. and a Willie Mays signed baseball card. I'm supposed to be ticked off that I didn't get the autograph of the Mint Director who approved this low-mintage fiasco which caused his own website to flail around for 20 minutes? His auto is a nothing compared to those other guys.
'_Fair ' is a concept developed in free societies by losers in an attempt to get more benefits/materials/options....There is nothing even remotely 'fair' about life. Get out there and fight, scratch, claw, struggle and win your share.
Cheers, RickO
The toaster at my office goes up to 7. It came with a guide showing the same side of a toasted piece of bread twice.
It would appear that we should avoid using level 2 unless unevenly toasted bread is the goal. Level 3 also provides a fairly wide standard deviation of doneness over the slice of bread.

Level 3:
Once you get to level 4 and higher, that problem is fixed

Why is it fair that my back hurts after walking a bourse floor for 8 hours and other people don't have that same problem?
